sync_legacy_api
Re-run the legacy import a building was onboarded with, refreshing its storeys, spaces, equipment elements and IoT telemetry points from the external building-management API it was originally imported from. The legacy address is recovered from the building's own import history, so this only works on a building that has been imported at least once; first-time onboarding is done in the Data Import UI, where the operator supplies the address and credentials. Defaults to a dry run that reports what would change without writing anything — pass dryRun: false to commit, and prefer showing the user the dry-run result first.

Read the legacy import history and validation logs for a building: when each import ran and who ran it, the source system it came from, how many storeys, spaces, equipment elements and telemetry points it synced, how many spaces it deactivated, and any per-row errors it recorded.
